Your responsibilities are outlined in your lease agreement. Please familiarise yourself with these.

Utilities switchovers

Property Button – (a third-party switchover company: https://propertybutton.ie/ ) will contact you directly to set up the Utility bills in your name.

Maintenance portal

Please note all maintenance issues must be logged on our website through our maintenance portal.

You will need to include all relevant details i.e., address, contact details and attach a photo of the issue.

This will go to the whole team and is the fastest way to have any issues resolved as it will prompt you to give us all the information we require

Water pressure

Should you experience low water pressure in your taps or appliances, first check with neighbours and or Irish Waterhttps://www.water.ie/  If the problem persists please log the issue via the maintenance portal.

Damp

It is the residents resonsibility to deal with damp caused by condensation.

Move out procedure

If you decide to move out you must email us with your intention to vacate, including the date you intend to vacate. (approx. date if you are not entirely sure of exact date.)

In preparation for vacating your property:

Please ensure that the property is cleaned by a Professional Cleaner as per your lease agreement.

We will confirm an inspection date with you after said cleaning has been carried out. 

Your security deposit can be returned to you (usually within 3 weeks of moving out) once the property is left in a satisfactory condition.
