Should you experience low water pressure in your taps or appliances, first check with neighbours and or Irish Water: https://www.water.ie/ If the problem persists please log the issue via the maintenance portal.
It is the residents resonsibility to deal with damp caused by condensation.

If you decide to move out you must email us with your intention to vacate, including the date you intend to vacate. (approx. date if you are not entirely sure of exact date.)

Please ensure that the property is cleaned by a Professional Cleaner as per your lease agreement.
We will confirm an inspection date with you after said cleaning has been carried out.
Your security deposit can be returned to you (usually within 3 weeks of moving out) once the property is left in a satisfactory condition.
