My Collection Agent https://mycollectionagent.ie/  provides a range of support for Non-Resident Landlords living outside the Republic of Ireland.

A sister company of Madden Property Consultants, we have been acting as the collection agent for non-resident landlords since the inception of this tax in July 2023 ensuring the 20% non-resident withholding tax is transferred to Irish Revenue.

This process enables Revenue to credit the landlord accordingly.
